Our vision is to modernize our health care delivery system and become the trusted source for the sharing and exchange of patient information between patients and their doctors while providing patients the control in the access and utilization of their information through their Personal Health Record, located within the PatientMD Health Record Bank.
Through our Health Information Exchange and Health Record Bank, we wish to empower our patients in the management of their health care and preserve and strengthen the patient/doctor relationship.
