Create new referral
Want to refer your patients to some other practitioner? Create a new referral on our platform either to a practitioner from your list or search for a practitioner by name, specialty or location from the PatientMD database. You can refer to multiple practitioners at once.
Received referral

Check out all the instances wherein other practitioners have referred you. Get the complete list under the received section. Accept or decline the referral request with a short message and the status will automatically be changed to Accepted/Declined.

Once you have accepted a referral, a message will be sent to the patient and your status will be changed to Scheduled once patient books your appointment. It will be changed to Visited after the consult.

Sent referral
Referred your patients to some other practitioner? We are keeping a track for you. All the referrals will show under the sent section. Easily follow the color coding to know the status of your sent referral, if the practitioner has accepted or declined the referral, if the appointment has been scheduled or if the visit took place.
Filter and check

Easily sort out all your received or sent referrals at one place using the filter option. Just select:

  • The Speciality
  • Practitioner name
  • The date range you want to check for
  • The Referral Status(Pending, Accepted, Rejected, Scheduled, Visited)
