How pricing works at PatientMD.

How we charge

For the programs we run, PatientMD is paid a share of what your practice actually collects. Medicare pays your practice first, under your NPI, and we send our invoice only after that payment posts. There is no set-up fee, no subscription and no software license. If a month is denied, unpaid or not billable, we get nothing for it. The exact share and every other term are in a written agreement you read before you sign, and you can discontinue if and when you wish.

Platform tools

Program clients get the practice tools as part of the program. Other practices can ask us for a price.

We sign a business associate agreement with every client practice.
